East Campus Commons is located near the university’s football stadium and is within walking distance of a shopping center. East Campus Commons offers our upper-level students independence – but is within a quick walk or drive to the center of campus. A campus shuttle service makes stops at East Campus Commons every half hour.
Living in ECC was super cool. I really enjoyed having my own space, my own bathroom, and my own queen size bed. The building itself is designed for community building because of the amenities, such as a gym, or areas throughout the building where residents can hang out at. So you have the opportunity and space to talk with your friends and neighbors. ECC also has a community kitchen which was pretty cool and convenient. Ending out my college journey, ECC was nothing but good me.”

Quick Info About East Campus Commons:
- Each room has a private bathroom
- Four Resident Assistants (RAs) live in this building
- Students are required to have a 10, 15, or 19-meal plan
- All beds in East Campus Commons that are not currently Twin XL bed frames and mattresses will be removed and replaced with the standard Twin XL in summer 2023.
