Fear No More the Lightning Flash, Nor the All-dreaded “Thunderstorm”

Prepare to be enchanted as we kick off the Symphony Orchestra season with a program of contemporary and classical masterpieces that promises to be an auditory adventure like no other. Highlights include Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 in F Major, op. 68 (“Pastorale”); Amanda Harberg’s Piccolo Concerto featuring Julietta Curenton (piccolo); and Gerald Finzi’s Let Us Garlands Bring, op. 18, featuring John Tuvera Lim* (baritone), performing five settings of songs from Shakespeare’s plays including “Fear No More the Heat o’ the Sun” from Cymbeline.
