The Dance Ensemble culminates its season with a performance of original works by faculty choreographers Lindsay Browning, Tiffanie Carson, Erica Helm, Daniel Padierna and Sarah Philabaum. Program highlights include four world premieres of works featuring contemporary, jazz fusion, dance theater, and tap styles; as well a re-staging of Helm’s 2005 three-movement work, Santiago. The concert also celebrates the senior dance class of 2024 with a special piece choreographed by Carson that showcases their growth, power and ferocity as performance artists.
