The Accounting Office at Shenandoah University handles the financial functions of the institution and is centralized under the vice president for administration and finance. The most important functions of the Financial Accounting Office include assisting in preparation and control of the institutional budget; establishment and operation of a system of accounting and financial reporting; procurement of supplies and equipment; control of inventories; and receipt, custody and disbursement of institutional funds.
