On Tuesday, March 22, following the screening of the movie “He Named Me Malala,” a panel of students and faculty members discussed children’s rights. The panel included (from left to right) Director of Didactic Education and Assistant Professor of Physician Assistant Studies Anne Schempp, M.S.; international students Kriti Hada; Wan-Ting “Tina” Lee; and Sapana Ojha; and was chaired by Associate Professor of Hispanic Studies Andrea Smith, Ph.D., (right). The screening was the third of four installments in the “Motivate & Make a Difference” Women’s History Month film series, sponsored by the women’s studies and film studies programs, as well as the university’s Division of Student Life (Intercultural Programs).
