Q: How can I contact the Shenandoah University Box Office?

The Box Office is always open two hours prior to any performance. Our phone lines are open up until one hour prior to performance time. You are always welcome to leave a message. Our great staff will return your call.  The address is: 1460 University Drive, Winchester, Virginia 22601.

 

Q: Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets if I can’t make the show?

A: All ticket sales are final. We have a no refund or cancellation policy.

 

 

Q: Do you sell gift certificates?

A: Yes, a gift certificate makes a perfect gift!                

 Gift certificates can be purchased for subscriptions as well as individual shows. Please call the Box Office at (540)665-4569 or toll free at (877)580-8025 or come by in person and allow us to help you purchase the perfect gift for that special someone!

 

 

Q: What are the benefits of becoming a subscriber?

A:  Patrons who purchase the four main stage show series (winter or summer) are classified as “subscribers”and receive special benefits.

 

 

Reduced Price!

When you choose to become a subscriber to Shenandoah Music Theatre, we offer our valued audience members a 15% discount off regular admission prices.

 

Priority Booking!

As a subscriber, you will be given priority in reserving your seats during our subscriber only renewal period for the upcoming theatre season series. You will receive your renewal information by mail giving you the opportunity to be among the first to book your seats.

 

Special Subscriber Exchange Policy!

Subscription tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before the date printed on the tickets wanting to be exchanged. The Shenandoah Box Office must have the tickets in our office in order to make the exchange. We cannot exchange tickets that we do not have in our office. If you leave your tickets with us for Will Call pick-up prior to each show, we can make the exchange over the phone for the most convenience to you and your guest. We are unable to exchange tickets for a show that has passed or expired.

 

Q: Does your theatre have special accommodations?

A: Our facilities are handicap accessible. Also available are Infrared hearing system headsets. Please call us to secure special seating.
