Description
This practicum placement involves working with a neuropsychologist, who treats patients with a wide variety of brain injuries and disorders. Students have the opportunity to observe neuropsychological evaluations and accompanying the neuropsychologist on patient rounds.

- Offered in both Fall and Spring semesters
Special Prerequisites
- Completion of Biopsychology (PSY 360H), or in alternating years Psychobiology of Stress (PSY 460H), with a grade of B or better - PSY 460H students must also learn the brain anatomy section from PSY 360H
Expectations and Requirements
- 120 hours including all assigned tasks completed at site
- Detailed journal of all activities, experiences, and observations
- 1- to 2-page reflection paper describing overall practicum experience at the site and how you believe it will be relevant to your future educational and/or professional goals
- Completion of "Supervisor and Site Assessment" form
