Transitional Physical Therapy

The Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy program requires the following for admission:

• Shenandoah University graduate application and $30 application fee
• Official transcripts from all post-secondary schools attended or from which credit was received
• Copy of your current physical therapy license
• Program Information form

Application deadline:
Fall: July 31
Summer: April 1
