	John Hachtel, Associate Vice President for Marketing and Communications Phone: (540) 665-4922 E-mail: jhachtel@su.edu John Hachtel has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and communications. He became Shenandoah's associate vice president for marketing and communications in November of 2008. He has served at a number of universities, most notably Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Auburn University in Alabama and Binghamton University in New York. Hachtel received his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Delaware and his MA in legal and ethical studies from the University of Baltimore.
	Cathy J. Loranger, APR, Director of Marketing Phone: (540) 665-4510 E-mail: clorange@su.edu Cathy Loranger has more than 30 years experience in public relations and marketing communications. She holds a master's in communications management from Syracuse University, a bachelor's in English and Communication Arts from Eastern Nazarene College, and is a doctoral student in leadership at Shenandoah University. She is president of the College Communicators Association of Virginia and Washington, D.C., and earned professional accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America in 1992.
	Rick Ours, Director, SUTV Phone: (540) 535-3533 Cell: (540) 327-6198 E-mail: rours@su.edu Rick Ours is director of Shenandoah University Television (SUTV) and a veteran of more than 30 years experience in the field of electronic media, the majority in television. Ours is a member of the University Film and Video Association and was named to the Telly Awards Silver Circle as a previous award winner.
	Cathy Kuehner, Director of Internal Communications Phone: (540) 678-4327 E-mail: ckuehner@su.edu Cathy Kuehner is an editor, writer, photographer and graphic designer. She studied art at the University of Maryland and the Maryland College of Art & Design. She began her career as a magazine art director, illustrator and photographer before moving into newspaper journalism. She has worked at Shenandoah since 1996.

	Ann Campbell, Director of Media Relations Phone: (540) 665-5422 E-mail: acampbel@su.edu Ann Campbell holds a bachelor's degree with a major in mass communication and a minor in history and a master's degree in arts administration from Shenandoah University. She worked as a reporter for a local newspaper before joining the staff at SU full-time in 2004 as a public relations assistant.
	Lee A. Graff, Producer/Editor Phone: (540) 535-3535 E-mail: lgraff@su.edu Lee Graff has mastered several television jobs during his professional career, from control operator to commercial videographer and video news journalist to teacher. He brings all these skills to bear in his work as a producer at SUTV.
	Chris Livingston, Production Specialist Phone: (540) 545-7334 E-mail: clivings@su.edu Chris Livingston, a former Navy petty officer and graduate of Full Sail University, earned a student Oscar for his work on recreating parts of The Matrix movie. He began his media career as a director at a local television station where he also served as audio engineer, graphic creator, equipment engineer, camera operator and supervisor. He now works as a production specialist at SUTV.
	Robin Laird, Graphics Coordinator Phone: (540) 535-3534 E-mail: rlaird@su.edu Robin Laird is the graphics coordinator at SUTV, where she assists colleagues with editing, producing, animating graphics and assisting students. She manages SUTV's cable access programming channel. She holds a bachelor's in mass communications and is a trained nurse. She is also A+certified in computer repair.

She holds a bachelor's in business administration from American InterContinental University and has worked for Shenandoah since 1999.
